STAMPEX September 17, 2017
at the Red Lion Hotel, 3301 Market St. NE, just west of the Market Street off-ramp
(Exit 256) from the I-5 freeway in central Salem.

The show is sponsored by the Salem Stamp Society, one of two shows sponsored annually.  Attendees come from Washington, the Oregon coast, central Oregon, Portland, and down the I-5 corridor as far as Roseburg.  The 80 members of the Society welcome you and look forward to your participation.

Parking and Admission are free.
Show hours are 10am - 4:30pm.

The show is now housed in a spacious room that will feature 9 stamp dealers, exhibits, and other amenities for your enjoyment. Food may be purchased at the hotel restaurant and water will be available in the showroom.

There will five hourly drawings for stamps, if you register for the show when you arrive.  Club exhibits will feature stamps that have been exhibited nationally as well as club member exhibits that are being developed.

Dealers attending are Bruce Sloan, Gary Hoecker, Bob Burger, Gary Tiffin, Mike Luttio, Grant Williams, Larry Weinstock, Roger Gutzman and Steven Inklebarger.  You can expect to find most any stamp you desire from common to rarities, including not only United States, but the entire world.

We expect to have club-created August 21 cacheted eclipse covers for sale at the show.  Our club website will provide more information about the set of seven covers cancelled by seven Marion County towns along the central pathway of the eclipse.

This page from the Federated News, the newsletter of the Northwest Federation of Stamp Clubs (of which Salem Stam Society is a member) lists coming shows in the Pacific Northwest and selected national shows.
